Contracting with Tammy Jarvis to sell our extra lot was like working with a dear friend of many years. We felt as if she and her husband, Jeff, captured the beauty of the property in the pictures they took. We felt as if she understood our needs and goals. Communication was friendly and professional. Tammy is a very good realtor. She went above and beyond in answering all our questions and even met us in knee-deep snow to walk through some properties! I recommend her to provide you the guidance you need when searching for real estate.

Tammy and Jeff were very helpful & friendly, serving as our agents when we purchased our 30 acre parcel of land in Schoolcraft County last month. They answered our questions and did all the necessary work to complete the transaction promptly and efficiently!

These guys are go getters! They approached me to list my property and went right to work. They showed the property and brought in offers. Seamless closing. The whole experience was easy and informative. I’d use their services again. Unlike other agents, they are not “listing” and hoping it will sell. They take action!!

Tammy Jarvis had great communication, usually replying within seconds to a couple minutes. She went above and beyond to help me step-by-step through the process of buying land, which I have never done before. She even researched the zoning and well and septic costs! She recommended how I could develop the land by clearing a driveway with gravel first and cabin next. She knew the parcel number and all sorts of other information, which I verified to be accurate. For unforeseen circumstances I needed to back out of the deal, she worked with the Seller to help release me. I've never met a more helpful realtor before with great communication (many others ignored me or did not research as much and were not as knowledgeable). Highly recommended! I will call her again!

Overall rating is 5*'s I contacted the team to sell my piece of vacant land on Beaver Island. They sold it in a flash, with out even setting foot nor eye on the property! They went out and marketed the property to find a buyer who brought us a wonderful price for us as well!

Tammy is absolutely awesome. We were on the fence about even using a buyers agent for a cash sale, but she was absolutely the best person to have to walk us through the process. She did an excellent job of walking us through the process and did an incredible job negotiating on our behalf. In a time and place where it is definitely a "seller's market", having her on our side was critical to a smooth deal that we were happy with. Wish I could give her more stars. She's a rockstar!
